Installing a door handle on Bulova 02 and Bulova 12 freeze dryers after transportation.

Insert the center rod of the door handle into the door handle hole from the outside.
All fasteners and the lock are installed on the axle on the inside of the door.

 

 

 

 

First insert the spring, tighten the spring with the nut, not fully tightened

 

 

 

 

Screw the Look bar close to the nut, not too tightly so that the nut and Look bar can be adjusted to each other

 

 

Install the Look bar so that it is on the same horizontal plane as the outer door handle. And fix this position of the Look bar by tightening the nut towards the Look bar

 

 

 

 

 

 

Try opening and closing the door with a lock.
If the door does not fit very tightly, repeat the adjustment of the Look bar along the length of the axis

 

 

 

 

 

Life hack: the door does not always fit tightly to the seal of the dryer body; when the “Vacuum Freezing” mode turns on, press the door to press it more tightly to the dryer body.

A few minutes after turning on the vacuum pump, a vacuum will be created in the drying chamber, and if you open the door lock, you will still not be able to open the freeze dryer door because the vacuum will press it.
